KARV is proud to share that two of the firm’s senior leaders, Alana Abramson and Tehya Frank, have been named to PRNews’ 2026 Top Women in PR. The annual program honors women who are setting the bar in strategic communications, media relations, and public affairs across the industry.
As Director of Media Relations, Alana Abramson leads KARV’s editorial and placement work across business, policy, and international press. As Director of Operations and Health Policy, Tehya Frank oversees firm operations and leads engagements at the intersection of healthcare, wellness, entertainment, and public affairs. Tehya’s recognition this year follows her 2025 selection as a PRNews Rising Star in PR.
