KARV Founder and President Andrew Frank spoke at the 6th IFSEA International Conference on Risk, Reward and Reputation Management Issues for Senior Executives & Founders, held at Saddlers’ Hall in London on June 17, 2025. Andrew joined a panel titled “Can Ethical Leadership Survive? Navigating Populist Politics, Geopolitical Upheaval and Economic Crisis,” convened by the International Forum of Senior Executive Advisers (IFSEA), a global membership group for professional advisers to senior executives and founders.

The panel addressed how executives, boards, and their advisers are holding the line on ethical leadership at a moment of compressed decision timelines, fragmented public trust, and uneven regulatory pressure across markets. The conversation ranged across populist political movements, the geopolitical reordering underway since 2024, and the economic crisis dynamics senior leaders are navigating in parallel. Andrew drew on KARV’s crisis and CEO advisory work to discuss how communications strategy supports principled decision-making when public pressure and private judgment pull in different directions.
