Adrian Karatnycky

Adrian Karatnycky is a strategic business relations and policy advocate with an extensive history leading advisory work across diplomacy, international affairs, business consulting, and NGO sectors. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Myrmidon Group LLC, a New York-based consulting company focused on Ukraine, Poland, and the Balkans.

Adrian is also a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, serving as Co-Director of the Ukraine in Europe program. He is a leading expert on supporting Ukraine’s democratic transition and its resistance to Russian aggression, and played a key role in the 2020 signing of the U.K. / Ukraine Political, Free Trade, and Strategic Partnership Agreement.
